Virtual Reunion Meeting

The Global Advancement team at the University of Illinois is sending this message on behalf of the Japan Illini Club. All alumni, faculty, students, parents, and friends with a connection to Japan are welcome to register to attend the Japan Illini Club's virtual reunion meeting.
This is an opportunity for Illini worldwide to get to know each other and share updates. Instead of having a keynote speech, participants are invited to give a short talk (one and a half minutes to a maximum of two minutes) with their self-introduction and any updates in a relay format so that many people are able to share. After that, participants will be randomly divided into breakout rooms to be able to speak further in a small group.
The agenda for the reunion meeting is:
09:50- 接続受付 （開始時間まで待機）
10:00- 開会挨拶 （古市 会長）
10:05- 参加者リレートーク
順番：理事→イリノイ大学教職員→奨学生OB/OG→会員（学部／地域等の順）
11:00- ブレイクアウトセッション（懇談）
初期割当はランダム，その後各自自由に移動可
11:45- まとめセッション
いくつかのブレイクアウトルームから，懇談結果等を報告
11:55- 閉会挨拶（矢部 副会長）
12:00- 閉会の後
12:30まで個別にブレイクアウトで懇談可
